Ready to take a next step in your career? Our client is looking for a very dynamic Campus & Sponsorship Officer with great networking skills
As a **Campus Officer** you are at the heart of the recruitment campaign for young graduates. Throughout the academic year, you manage all HR campus activities from A-Z with a high responsibility in planning logistics and budgeting. Stakeholder management and great administration skills are key in this role. Bringing our ‘brand’ story on campus to a higher level, will be one of your first challenges.
As a **Sponsorship Officer** you thrive on the relationship building with student associations and educational institutions. By leveraging a close follow-up of our partnerships, you will identify new ways to expand our recruitment activities on a regional level.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to build a strong employer brand among universities communities and students. You **work independently with a flexible mindset and self confidence** to take initiatives and responsibilities.
**Profiel**:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Pro-active and hands-on;
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills;
- Fluent in English and Dutch, French would be a plus;
- Delivery and result-orientated mindset with ability to manage various priorities at the same time;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Experience in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience in event planning and design.
