Group Tax Reporting Senior Analyst

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review annual tax calculations for statutory audit purposes.
- Review annual CIT returns of the Group companies in various jurisdictions.
- Manage the Pillar II implementation project across the group (Need for organized and structured thought process with excellent knowledge of how financial information flows from operations through to the accounting package in all detail. Requires experience in hands-on IFRS financial reporting at a Group level).
- Annual Pillar II assessment and preparation of Pillar II information report for the Group, when due, including ownership of the Pillar II reporting software/IT solution.
- ETR analysis and CIT reporting at Group level
- IAS 12 tax reconciliation and assistance with the preparation of the tax disclosures
- Prepare tax reports to management, as required.
- Establish and execute annual tax reporting for ESG purposes
- Assistance with tax audits and various internal tax inquiries
- Assessment of new projects from a tax perspective
- Maintain and review controlling procedures on tax processes, including the UK SAO and the automation of tax filings
- Cooperate with financial reporting functions to cover tax aspects of continuous financial reporting.
- Preparation or review of complex tax calculations, on a need basis

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience in providing tax services (internal or external) at an international level.
- Able to take ownership of the work and deliver results.
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (internally and externally) with all business departments in various jurisdictions.
- Keen in expanding knowledge on international taxation and principles of transfer pricing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in using ERP systems.
- Proficient in English, both orally and written
