Nous recherchons notre futur Inside Sales pour aider au développement du SAV auprès de nos Concessionnaires/Clients Grands Comptes.

Vos principales responsabilités:

- Activité Assistance Technique Opérationnelle
- Gérer le CSP Benelux sur la partie réception des appels, ticketing et planning.
- Contrôler le bon déroulement des actions des intervenants.
- Traitement des éventuels litiges dans le cadre du CSP en liaison avec les Responsables SAV de zone.
- Mise à jour du reporting CSP client et dealers.
- Activité Assistance Technique Administrative
- Réceptionner les demandes d’assistance technique.
- Analyser et traiter ces demandes en fonction de leur teneur, les diriger le cas échéant vers les sources d’information adéquate selon les procédures définies.
- Gérer les garanties commerciales sous la responsabilité du manager du SAV.
- Préparation de dossiers techniques en vue de gestion de litiges et prise de décision avec le manager du SAV.
- Activité Support Produit
- Assurer la remontée technique des problèmes rencontrés en clientèle, via le processus établi (ASSIST).
- Participer au suivi de l’amélioration continue des produits.
- Activité Générique
- Informer régulièrement sa hiérarchie sous forme de reporting de l’activité quotidienne

**Profil**:
Formation BAC+2, Bachelier en Automation & régulation ou Ingénieur ( Travaux publiques, manutention ou maintenance industrielle),

Expertise technique sur les machines,

Anglais et néerlandais courant,

Maîtrise des outils informatiques,

Bonne communication orale et écrite,

Très bon relationnel,

Orientation clients et services,

Dynamique, rigoureux et autonome.

Expérience professionnelle:
Expérience significative dans le domaine du SAV (Manutention, Agricole, TP, Maintenance industrielle )

Expérience diagnostics

Connaissances particulières:
Utilisation des outils diagnostic spécifiques

Utilisation des machines de l’ensemble de notre gamme

Utilisation des ERP internes (portail garantie, My E Doc, ASSIST etc )

Interactions internes et-ou externes:
Relations Internes avec le Service Après-Vente, le service Qualité, Les filiales de distribution et de fabrication.

Relations externes avec les Clients Grands Comptes, les réseaux de concessionnaires et les filiales.

**Offre**: Nous vous offrons un contrat d'intérim suivi d'un CDi ou si vous êtes déjà en poste, un CDI direct est envisageable.
