Als **Freelance Recuiter** is het belangrijk om goed in te spelen op de HR-behoeften van het bedrijf

Optreden als Business Partner en service bieden op verschillende niveaus, zoals Recruitment, Talent Management, Reward, Finance & Planning en Dag-tot-dag HR-oplossingen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je beheert alle openstaande vacatures van A-Z voor jouw business; van publicatie, opvolging, rapportering, interviews, het contractvoorstel
- Als echte Business Partner ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor rekrutering, interne mobiliteit en de onboarding van onze medewerkers. Je bent de contactpersoon voor zowel managers als medewerkers.
- Je beheert zelfstandig een aantal interessante projecten die te maken hebben met Recruitment, Selection en Talent Management
- Je werkt nauw samen met je collega HR Adviseur Werving, Selectie & Loopbaan die verantwoordelijk is voor de andere afdelingen van de organisatie. Samen beheren jullie het wervingsbudget en proberen jullie partnerships met externe leveranciers op het gebied van selectie en werving verder uit te bouwen.
- Je neemt actief deel aan de analyse van vragen rond headcount, workforce planning, absenteïsme en retentie

**Profiel**
- Vloeiend in Nederlands, Engels & Frans.
- 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring
- Sterke MS Office vaardigheden
