The Talent Acquisition team based in Diegem, but currently mainly working from home, will be here to welcome you with open arms and give you the right support when you need it. We are all about team work to make the dream come true
**_Who are we looking for? _**
**_Your Responsibilities: _**
- You will be liaising with different Practice Leaders and Skill Center Managers to determine recruitment needs
- You will take the lead in all recruitment activities related to your open roles
- You will develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keep yourself informed of advancements in the field.
- You will be part of a dynamic team of Talent Acquisition professionals with a common goal to share best practices and to bring our profession at a higher level.
**_Your Profile _**:
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within IT recruitment
- Experience working with an ATS tool, knowledge of Jobylon is a plus
- Able to collaborate with internal departments and develop hiring strategies
- Knowledge of effective hiring platforms to attract suitable applicants
- Experience recruiting ERP consultants or Technical profiles
- Energetic, driven and a real team player
- Proactive, open and communicative with a creative mindset
- Fluent in Dutch or French with excellent command of English
