For our ENGIE Belgium **Talent Acquisition Team**, we are currently looking to recruit a **Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F/X).**

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F/X)**:

- You carry out in-depth intake interviews with your hiring managers and use your knowledge of the job market to advise them and turn their job descriptions into highly attractive job postings.
- You have regular update meetings with the HR Business Partner and the managers and share data on your progress.
- You act as trustworthy recruitment partner, capable to provide expert advice but also challenge the business in certain conceptions

**YOUR PROFILE as Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F/X)**
- You have a solid track record in talent acquisition and want to share your expertise with your colleagues.
- You are open to feedback and eager to try out new ways to become better in your job
- You adopt a methodological & data-driven approach throughout the entire recruitment process
- You have the capacity to interact and communicate at different levels of the organization.
- You speak & write fluent Dutch & English and if you don’t speak fluent French you are willing to learn to speak this.
