**Functie & Verantwoordelijkheden**:
De missie van het Customer Experience & Innovation team is het ondersteunen van de Operations teams om van het bedrijf de verzekeraar bij uitstek te maken op het gebied van klantervaring en klanttevredenheid. De rol van het team is de drijvende kracht te zijn achter de operationele teams in de dagelijkse gang van zaken en voortdurend te zoeken naar nieuwe ideeën en innovaties om de cultuur van voortdurende verbetering verder te verankeren binnen het bedrijf en de onderneming.

De twee belangrijkste aandachtsgebieden van het team zijn:

- Projecten in verband met de kwaliteit van bestaande en toekomstige processen
- Projecten in verband met capaciteit en prestaties

In deze context zijn we op zoek naar een Project Lead om het team te versterken. Ben jij wie we zoeken?

**Wat ga je doen?**
- Je leidt projecten om bestaande processen te analyseren en te verbeteren (in kaart brengen en herontwerpen op basis van de kwaliteit die binnen Corona Direct wordt verwacht), waarbij je medewerkers/andere afdelingen betrekt bij de verandering (faciliteren werkgroep, pilotteams, enz.)
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor verschillende innovatieprojecten (zoals digitalisering en implementatie van nieuwe tools)
- Je biedt dagelijkse ondersteuning aan de activiteiten van de operationele teams:

- Je analyseert gegevens om dagelijks de lacunes/acties te bepalen die moeten worden ondernomen om de prestaties te optimaliseren (prognose, planning, opleiding op basis van gegevens)
- Je bent belast met de prognose, planning en coördinatie van de activiteiten binnen Operations.
- Je bereidt workshops voor/ neemt het voortouw in workshops om probleemoplossende processen te ondersteunen en mogelijkheden voor continue verbetering te identificeren
- Je bereidt de resultaten voor, automatiseert ze, analyseert ze en doet aanbevelingen aan de teams om de dagelijkse prestaties te verbeteren

**Profiel**:

- Master diploma met 1 tot 4 jaar ervaring.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bent in staat jouw boodschap zowel mondeling als schriftelijk op een duidelijke en gestructureerde manier over te brengen.
- Je communiceert goed op alle niveaus van de organisatie en kunt vertrouwen opbouwen.
- Je bent vertrouwd met continue verbeteringsconcepten (Lean, Agile,...).
- Je bent resultaat
- en impactgericht.
- Ervaring in klantenervaring is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring met innovatieprojecten is een pluspunt.
- Je zet je in voor verandering; kennis van een veranderingsmethodologie (bv. ADKAR) is een troef.
- Je leert snel bij en hebt een analytische geest.
- Je bent vertrouwd met projectbeheer en hebt ten minste een eerste ervaring.
- Je hebt een zeer goede technische kennis van Excel en PowerPoint.
- Je spreekt Frans en/of Nederlands. Een goede kennis van de andere taal is een pluspunt.
