**Introductie**:
GIMBER is the new “kick on the block”, as well as a fast-growing company, that is making its spicy way through the zero-proof market.

Tired of the same old wine-drenched parties, Dimitri gave birth to GIMBER in November 2017 in his home kitchen, after months of digging for the perfect combination that would spice up his taste buds without making his head spin.

A crazy amount of premium ginger, water and good vibes later, GIMBER came to its official existence for you to dip your days & nights in the powerful bite it never fails to deliver.

They believe that people are what they drink & that they are what they bring to the market. In other words, to get the world hooked on a pure, natural & organic ginger drink.

To support their growth, and the further optimization of their Human Resources department, they created a new role to ensure an optimal HR service towards all internal clients and employees for an HR Business Partner.

**Jobomschrijving**:
Within this role you will support the Human Capital Director aiming for a strategic, solid, correct and mature HR department in line with the company’s culture, ambitions and vision:

- You ensure and strengthen the added value of the HR department, enhancing proximity and visibility, towards the company and employees.
- You ensure a good relationship with the different internal departments and stakeholders by strengthening your business understanding in order to comprehend their challenges, needs, KPI’s and possible concerns.
- You will be the HR Business Partner for an assigned employee population.
- You will initiate, lead and participate in different Soft HR projects such as onboarding, talent management, performance management, development
- Together with the HC Director you will set up and manage the yearly Human Capital budget.
- You will provide support in the Talent Acquisition process and manage potential external recruitment providers, while securing a strong recruitment methodology and internal stakeholder management.
- You will report directly to the Human Capital Director and work in close collaboration with your HR colleagues.

**Profiel**:

- Bachelor or Master background combined with a solid relevant experience as HR Business Partner within a white collar population.
- Experience within Talent Acquisition is a plus.
- You are an excellent relationship builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a high level of empathy.
- You have a strong problem solver mentality striving for a correct balance between both the employee and the company’s best interest.
- You are enthusiastic, energetic and result driven with a service oriented mindset.
- You have solid listening skills and will make your decisions based on objective feedback.
- Fluent in Dutch and English combined with good level of French.
