**YOUR ROLE**:
- You play a key role in developing, communicating, and executing the HR strategy.
- You collaborate with senior leaders to understand their strategic objectives, challenges, and opportunities and ensure alignment of HR strategies and plans with theirs alongside other HR Business Partners.
- You support line management in talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning, offering insights and solutions to enhance organizational performance.
- You serve as a primary contact for business leaders and employees.
- You contribute to enhancing existing HR processes and systems.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- You have a relevant track record as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- You have a good knowledge of social legislation.
- You are experienced in social relations, have a correct dose of assertiveness, and work proactively and efficiently.
- You are a collaborative leader who knows how to motivate and engage people.
- You speak Dutch, French, and English.
