For our client, a fast-growing Belgian apparel company producing Premium & Sustainable B2B fashion we are currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner
Mission
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will manage the entire Talent chain (Needs Analysis, Sourcing, Induction, Performance, Recognition, Engagement, Development, Succession). You will act as the reference person on these topics for all our Europe-based managers and employees, as well as supporting activities in Asia. With the continuous growth of our client, you will be able and are open to take on other People-related topics in future. You will work side by side with one other HR Business Partner colleague and a Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting to the HR Manager.
Your role
- You facilitate the entire Talent chain, where close, attentive follow-up ensures a highly-valued experience by both management and employees.
- You collaborate closely with senior management to proactively identify and solve People-related challenges.
- Supported by a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you drive a highly-efficient Sourcing cycle, enabling our client to have access to the best talented people.
- You ensure a seamless induction of every new colleague, coaching managers on this crucial topic.
- You coordinate the Performance review, enabling both managers and employees to continuously understand and improve team and individual performance.
- You actively participate in all initiatives aimed at understanding, validating and improving employee engagement.
- You set-up a solid and structured Training & Development plan that is in line with the strategical pillars - Sustainable - Innovation - Quality.
- You guide managers in the internal mobility and succession needs for their teams.
- You assist the HR Manager in implementing the People-component of the 5-Year strategic plan, ensuring that the value ‘People’ is recognized in full.
- You take part in the further development of the employer branding (employee value proposition).
- You support the opening of new subsidiaries across Europe, ensuring a harmonized work method and use of suppliers/partners.
- You are the point of contact for any inquiries about the Talent chain, both internally and externally.
- You provide first-line advice to managers on both processes and best practices w.r.t. the Talent Chain.
- You actively participate in a variety of People-related projects, bringing insight and solutions from your line of expertise.
- You continuously look for process improvements on the Talent chain.
Your Profile
- You hold a bachelor or masters degree in HR or other related domains.
- You have at least 10 years of experience as an HR BP, preferable within a mid-sized to large, multi-country, fast-paced organization.
- You have a fluent knowledge of Dutch, French and English. Any additional language is a plus.
- You easily build rapport with your stakeholders, through both your empathic listening and thorough business acumen.
- You have a positive ‘can-do mentality’, bringing pragmatic, easy-to-understand solutions.
- You can work smoothly in a team, but you also have the necessary maturity and autonomy to independently complete your priorities.
- You work purposefully and accurately, always delivering, even under time pressure and this within a complex and rapidly changing environment.
- You are eager to learn and always look for better and more efficient ways on work processes and systems.
