For a client leader in the banking sector in Belgium, we are looking for a Country HR BP.
**Beschrijving**
- You act as a strategic change agent at country level;
- You ensure timely, regular and consistent feedbacks to Senior Business Partners on country Business priorities, needs, and expectations, and inform on local regulatory and legal policies;
- You ensure consistent implementation of transformation initiatives such as new standards and policies and/or Change Management Programs;
- You ensure knowledge on HR strategy by all country stakeholders (Executives, Managers, Employees, entities);
- You counsel management and employees in relation to such group and/or individual issues that may arise including the analysis of employee opinion surveys;
- You are guardant of a good dialogue with managers, collaborators, and ensure a good level of employee engagement in your country;
- You communicate on, manage and support HR policies and practices applicable to Group COO Business Unit;
- You contribute through country insights to the continuous improvement of Group COO HR process;
- You oversee on the ground HR day to day service is in place;
- You advise on activities such as OTR, Development, HR Strategic Projects and organization design as required;
- You drive social dialogue in countries when expected;
- As part of the Corporate Responsibility Strategy, you enhance Diversity & Inclusion and develop the employee value proposition to be an employer of choice;
- You improve expertise and knowledge of best HR practices while carrying out market watch.
**Profile**
- You have a good HR background with proven experience on general HR practices and processes including Compensation, Resourcing, Training and Development and Employment Law;
- You are experienced in transversal project management;
- You have a deep knowledge of HR processes, HR operations HR and HR Tools;
- You have a good knowledge of the organization’s legal and social environment;
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English;
- You have strong analytical and organizational skills;
- You have facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills to achieve results in a matrix management environment;
- You build collaborative relationships with both internal customers and program /project stakeholders;
- You have the ability to drive global results while remaining sensitive to local environments and cultural issues;
- You demonstrate a sense of urgency and redirect efforts if necessary to maintain sound time-management of programs and projects;
- You have good communication skills.
