Voor een klant die leider is in de banksector in België, zijn we op zoek naar een Country HR BP.
**Beschrijving**
- Je fungeert als een strategische change agent op landenniveau;
- Je zorgt voor tijdige, regelmatige en consistente feedback aan Senior Business Partners over de prioriteiten, behoeften en verwachtingen van de business in het land, en informeert over het lokale regelgevende en juridische beleid;
- Je zorgt voor een consistente implementatie van transformatie-initiatieven, zoals nieuwe normen en beleid en / of Change Management Programs;
- Je zorgt voor kennis over HR-strategie bij alle stakeholders in het land (Executives, Managers, Medewerkers, entiteiten);
- Je adviseert het management en de werknemers met betrekking tot groeps
- en/of individuele kwesties die zich kunnen voordoen, met inbegrip van de analyse van opiniepeilingen bij de werknemers;
- Je waakt over een goede dialoog met managers, medewerkers, en zorgt voor een goede betrokkenheid van de medewerkers in je land;
- Je communiceert over, beheert en ondersteunt het HR-beleid en de HR-praktijken die van toepassing zijn op de Group COO Business Unit;
- Je draagt bij aan de voortdurende verbetering van het HR-proces van Group COO door middel van inzichten in het land;
- Je houdt toezicht op de dagelijkse HR-dienstverlening op het terrein;
- Je adviseert over activiteiten zoals OTR, ontwikkeling, strategische HR-projecten en organisatieontwerp indien nodig;
- Je stimuleert de sociale dialoog in de landen waar dat wordt verwacht;
- Als onderdeel van de Corporate Responsibility Strategie, versterk je Diversity & Inclusion en ontwikkel je de employee value proposition om een employer of choice te zijn;
- Je verbetert expertise en kennis van de beste HR-praktijken terwijl je market watch uitvoert.

**Profile**
- U hebt een goede HR-achtergrond met aantoonbare ervaring op het gebied van algemene HR-praktijken en -processen, waaronder Compensatie, Resourcing, Training en Ontwikkeling en Arbeidsrecht;
- Je hebt ervaring in transversaal projectmanagement;
- Je hebt een diepgaande kennis van HR processen, HR operaties en HR Tools;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de juridische en sociale omgeving van de organisatie;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans, Nederlands en Engels;
- Je hebt sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden;
- Je hebt facilitatie-, onderhandelings
- en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden om resultaten te behalen in een matrix management omgeving;
- Je bouwt samenwerkingsrelaties op met zowel interne klanten als programma/project stakeholders;
- Je hebt het vermogen om wereldwijde resultaten te behalen en tegelijkertijd gevoelig te blijven voor lokale omgevingen en culturele kwesties;
- Je toont een gevoel van urgentie en heroriënteert je inspanningen indien nodig om een gezond time-management van programma's en projecten te behouden;
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
