Profiel Voor een internationaal bedrijf in Leuven zijn we op zoek naar een customer care medewerker voor een tijdelijke functie van minstens zes maanden.

Als gezicht van het bedrijf ben je in staat een om sterke klantenervaring te garanderen en langdurige relaties te onderhouden met de klanten.

Daarnaast zorg je voor goede relaties binnen de verschillende afdelingen en over de afdelingen heen.

Je draagt bij aan een efficiënte flow van het orderproces met betrekking tot:

- Ontvangst, controle en invoer van orders
- Delivery
- Facturatie
- Beheren van het klantenbestand

Je bent de schakel tussen de klant en het toegewijde sales team. Je voorziet beide van regelmatige updates van de orderstatus en je levert de gevraagde documenten af aan klanten (bijv. orderbevestiging, leveringsbon, certificaten,...).

Je lost verkoop
- en productproblemen en potentiële problemen in het orderproces op.

Je registreert en beheert klachten van klanten over levering of prijs, inclusief retourzendingen.

Je beheert afdelings-KPI's en draagt direct bij aan voortdurende verbetering.

Je biedt ondersteuning aan andere teamleden. Omgekeerd kun je beroep doen op een betrouwbaar team wanneer dat nodig is.

Vaardigheden & kennis Je hebt ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie of je hebt in een relevante richting gestudeerd.

Je bent klantgericht en administratief ingesteld.

Je bent nauwkeurig.

Je bent een echte teamplayer

Je beschikt over een brede kennis MS office. Kennis van SAP-functionaliteiten is een extra troef.

Je hebt goede vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Dit omvat schrijf-, spreek
- en luistervaardigheden.

De ideale kandidaat communiceert effectief door aandachtig te luisteren naar de behoeften van klanten en tijdig en behulpzaam informatie te verstrekken aan klanten en andere afdelingen binnen het bedrijf.

Opleiding Bachelordiploma bij voorkeur - of secundair onderwijs equivalent door ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol
