**Functie**:
Als **Customer Care Agent** krijg je heel wat verantwoordelijkheden:
- Jij bent de **schakel** tussen je klanten, het verkoopteam en de supply chain-organisatie;
- Jouw doel is om een **efficiënte** **orderverwerkingsstroom** voor de toegewezen accounts te vergemakkelijken en te waarborgen;
- Dit proces varieert van de **orderafhandeling** en het genereren van **facturen** tot after sales services;
- Als onderdeel van het **klantenserviceteam** ondersteun je de Strategische Account Managers actief in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en **rapporteer** je rechtstreeks aan je Customer Care Team Leader;
- Eerst en vooral ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen van** sterke relaties met onze klanten;**:
- Je bent **verantwoordelijk** voor de **administratie** van de orderverwerking van de afdeling, die loopt van de ontvangst van de bestelling tot en met de levering en facturatie. Je houdt zowel de klant als de Strategisch Accountmanager op de hoogte van de orderstatus en mogelijke problemen in de orderprocesstroom, lost deze op en handelt proactief;
- De afspraken die je maakt met betrekking tot het **bestelproces**, moeten zo **efficiënt** en **economisch** mogelijk aan alle eisen voldoen;
- Daarnaast verzorg je op basis van de input van de financiële afdeling de krediet controle van klanten;
- Zowel met betrekking tot producten als verkoop, los je **problemen** op en **beantwoord** je **vragen** van **klanten** tot op het tweede serviceniveau;
- Verder zorg je voor de **maandelijkse** **verkoopprognose** van de accounts die in het systeem worden ingevoerd. Ook het **assisteren** van de Strategisch Accountmanager bij het **voorbereiden** van praktische zaken voor **audits** behoort tot je takenpakket.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
Als **Customer Care Agent** kan je je vinden in het volgende:
- Je hebt een **bachelor diploma** behaald, bij voorkeur gerelateerd aan customer care;
- Ben je gelijkwaardig door **ervaring**? Dan kom ook jij absoluut in aanmerking voor deze functie;
- ** Klantgericht** zijn is een must have in deze job;
- Omdat je vaak met **administratie** bezig bent ben jij ook administratief een **duizendpoot**;
- Een goede kennis van **MS Office** is een must have, **SAP** kennis is een grote plus;
- Je spreekt zeer vlot **Engels**, Nederlands is een grote plus;
- Sterke **communicatieve** vaardigheden zijn een must in deze job;
- Daarbuiten kies je bewust voor een job in **dagdienst** van maandag tot vrijdag.
