**Job Description**:
The Head of People will be a key partner to the EVP TOMRA Food & the leadership team building and driving the people strategy for the TOMRA FOOD division.

Focus is on ensuring the business is aligned with the P&O strategy, having the leadership talent, organizational structure, processes, skills, and culture in place to accelerate growth.

This role will be the center of gravity to reach the hearts and minds of our employees and bring them along the journey to deliver on TOMRAs vision “Leading the Resource Revolution”. The role will collaborate closely with the EVP P&O Group and divisional leaders of the People and Organization teams to build a high-performing, diverse, inclusive, equitable and fun workplace.

TOMRA Food has initiated an important organisational and cultural transformation called CULTIVATE. Through this program FOOD wants to reimagine its way of working to generate growth through Customer Centricity. The aim is to deliver this through excellence in all we do and an inclusive talent, engaging our distributed workforce everywhere. This will require agility, trust and empowerment to operate an effective global organisation.

The Head of P&O FOOD will be instrumental in successfully delivering on the transformation program CULTIVATE with regards to culture, capabilities and skills through an engaging P&O agenda to ensure we have the necessary capabilities to deliver on our growth ambition and operate a larger organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- In the lead for senior manager succession planning. Provide a regular well-executed leadership training program to build strong internal talent pipeline for leadership roles
- Support Business Areas P&O teams to design and deliver an exceptional team member experience across TOMRAs global workforce
- Role model the values & leadership principles with a TOMRA Safe mindse

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in Business, Organization Development or Human Resources
- 15 years HR/P&O management experience, including 5 plus years in a leadership role
- Line Manager experience in a complex sizeable (500+ employees) international business environment
- Global, multi-country experience required, having lived and worked abroad
- Experience with workforce engagement in large-scale change, such as mergers, acquisitions, and other major moments of transformation
- Deep understanding of HR analytics and ability to demonstrate how data-driven people decisions contribute to improved enterprise performance - improved ROI
- Experience in designing and implementing transformation, communications, and engagement strategies in complex organizations and across diverse employee and leadership groups

**Personality Profile**:
This position requires a seasoned leader and strategist who possesses the ability to develop the TOMRA FOOD People and Organization strategy and function in a rapid growth phase.
