You act as a strategic business partner of the entity leading a team of 3 along the areas of performance, pricing and business intelligence. You deliver performance, financial and market reach insights to facilitate decision making on current strategic business priorities. You influence, educate and partner with sales management leaders and ensure thereby business performance to achieve our ambitious growth strategy. You orchestrate major elements of the performance management and investment process. You are further in charge of the pricing strategy of the company.

This is a Middle Manager role in Finance for the Belgian and Luxembourg market for which you will report directly to the Head of Finance.

**What does the role involve?**:
You give business critical advice and strategic support on many aspects of performance through acting as a business partner with sales managers and company management.
Your strong business acumen helps you assess business performance and reporting, to drive company development along business planning and investments cycle.
You are in charge of coordinating the pricing strategy with the regional and global community

You will share business reporting information with all stakeholders to enable fact-based business decisions.

With your entrepreneurial mindset, you proactively challenge the status quo and take calculated risks to drive and develop the future development of the entity.

**What you need is**:

- A Master degree in Business, Finance or related field
- At least 4 year experience in a financial, consultancy or auditing role within a multinational organization
- Proven experience in business planning, performance management, financial planning (forecasting/budgeting) & analysis; business intelligence analytics
- Evidence of leadership and coaching
- Evidence of acting as a strategic business partner through influencing and interacting with key stakeholders across a matrix organization.
- Proficiency in English - written and verbal
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to structure clear presentations and to simplify a financial message to non-finance stakeholders
- A strong business acumen together with pro-active behavior and conceptual thinking
- A willingness and ability towards continuous learning
- A strong passion for people - actively seeking to develop colleagues
- High cultural awareness with an adaptive leadership style
