**Position**:
You will ensure the review and control of investment transactions proposed by the businesses, in particular the following aspects:
- modeling in the form of business plans,
o the consistency of business and financial assumptions between the different transactions,
o analysis of the transaction for their financial, accounting (IFRS) and tax aspects.
- You will review the investment memos proposed by the Asset/Transactions Managers in order to ensure a complete and accurate presentation of the financial characteristics and the risks associated with the transaction;
- You will carry out analyzes of the impact of transactions on the financial and accounting performance (BGAAP and IFRS) of the group, in collaboration with the Accounting & Consolidation teams, and variance analyzes with investment budgets;
- You will organize coordination meetings between the Corporate Finance, Accounting, Consolidation, Legal and Tax teams in order to ensure communication between the different teams of the transactions in progress;
- You will ensure compliance with procedures and governance in the context of transactions;
- You will participate in the establishment of cash forecasts related to transactions;
- You will perform financial and accounting analyzes related to internal corporate restructurings and related planning.
CONTROLLING
- You will control the financial, tax and accounting aspects of the operations of an investment portfolio;
- You will support and control the forecast/budget/financial plan processes for this investment portfolio;
- You will analyze the discrepancies between the forecasts and the actual figures and you provide the appropriate comments to the manager;
- You will carry out ad hoc analyzes to ensure adequate monitoring of the performance of this investment portfolio.
**Profile**: - Education: holder of a master's degree in financial orientation or equivalent by experience;
- Experience: first experience of at least 5 years in a similar function or in external audit;
- Financial modeling capability;
- Knowledge of the real estate sector is an asset;
- Language skills: bilingual French - Dutch and very good knowledge of English;
- Accounting/financial knowledge: good knowledge of Belgian and international accounting principles (IFRS);
- Computer skills: very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel; Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
- Rigour, proactivity and autonomy;
- Team spirit, transparency;
- Flexibility, ability to move easily from one task to another;
- Good organizational skills (project management capacity);
- Easy communication both in writing and orally;
- Excellent analytical skills which allow to evaluate the economic and financial aspects related to transactions and to bring out the key points;
