Voor hotel **Martin’s Agora**,onder Martin's Agora Hospitality NV, in Louvain-La-Neuve zoeken wij een **Shift Leader (m/v) **om ons receptieteam in Martin's Agora City Resort in Louvain-La-Neuve te versterken. De Shift Leader is tijdens zijn/haar shift verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de reserveringen, de tevredenheid van de gasten, de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening, de naleving van de normen van het resort en de opvolging van de werkzaamheden van het team.
Martin's Louvain-la-Neuve is het eerste stadsresort van de Martin's Hotels familie. Het ideale etablissement voor een citytrip in de stad Louvain-La
- Neuve met 108 kamers van ongeveer 20 m², de Martin's City Spa en zijn thermale baden, het gezellige kader van de wijnbar Di'Vino of de authentieke keuken van B'Comme en alsook het Apart-hotel van 102 suites (minimum 34m²).
**De functie**
Toezicht houden op en leiding geven aan teamleden om een uitstekende klantenservice te garanderen;
Zorgen dat de kamers klaar zijn voor de gasten en dat er aan speciale verzoeken wordt voldaan;
Reageren op klachten van gasten en zorgen voor snelle en effectieve oplossingen;
Reserveringen, facturering en betalingen beheren;
Deelnemen aan de opleiding en coaching van nieuwe teamleden;
Beslissingen kunnen nemen in geval van nood of onvoorziene situaties;
Zorgen voor effectieve communicatie tussen de dag
- en nachtshift;
Aanwezig zijn op een deel van de shiften.
**Je profiel**
Eerdere ervaring als teamleader of ervaren Receptionist(e);
Uitstekende leidinggevende en communicatieve vaardigheden;
Sterk vermogen om onder druk te werken en met moeilijke situaties om te gaan;
Het vermogen om effectief boekingen en betalingen te beheren;
Grondige kennis van kwaliteits
- en klantenservicenormen;
Kennis van gezondheids
- en veiligheidsnormen op het werk;
Flexibiliteit om onregelmatige uren te werken, inclusief weekends en feestdagen;
Uitstekende beheersing van het Frans en Engels, goede kennis van het Nederlands, kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt;
Kennis van de software Opera.
