We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our HR team "International Mobility".
We are looking for someone who not only thrives in administrative tasks but also enjoys navigating complex environments. Approximately 80% of the responsibilities for this role are administrative.

**Challenges we trust you with**
- Your tasks will be, for example
- Work Permits and Visas:

- Manage work permits and visas for internal colleagues during business trips
- Handle the process for Belgium and 17 other countries
- Analyze needs, research information, provide advice, and implement solutions.
- Maintain effective communication with partners to ensure smooth processes.
- Relocation:

- Facilitate local hires' relocations, coordinating associated moves.
- Ensure individuals' willingness to be assisted and collaborate with our external partners for relocation offers.
- Extend support to expatriates, assisting in finding housing, schools, etc.
- Training for Managers/Admin:

- Provide training sessions for managers/administrators, emphasizing the administrative aspects of international mobility.
- Invoice Management:

- Handle invoices and manage the PR/PO budget.
- Track and document invoice reception, payment management, and allocation to the correct department.
- Expatriate Support:

- Monitor exchange rates
- Conduct research and document potential cost-of-living impacts
- Stay informed about taxes, assist with tax declarations, and ensure consistent tax payments; collaborate with tax professionals.
- Support for other HR department:

- Depending on the individual's proficiency, serve as a backup as needed.
