We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our HR team focused on employees based in Belgium. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing frontline support to our employees based in Belgium, addressing inquiries related to various HR matters.
We are looking for someone who not only thrives in administrative tasks but also enjoys navigating complex environments. Approximately 80% of the responsibilities for this role are administrative.

**Challenges we trust you with**
- For example, the support will be linked with:

- My Choice Assistance (flexible budget for extra-advantages):

- Provide guidance and support to employees navigating the My Choice platform.
- Assist in resolving issues related to benefits selection and changes.
- Insurance:

- Manage and respond to employee queries regarding insurance coverage.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate information.
- Parental Leave:

- Facilitate the process for employees seeking information on parental leave.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Health Coverage (Mutuelle):

- Address inquiries related to health coverage and benefits.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve health-related queries.
- Childcare-related Attestations:

- Assist employees in obtaining attestations related to childcare, residency, and employment.
- New Hire Onboarding:

- Welcome new employees and provide necessary information and documentation.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
- Temporary Car Arrangements:

- Coordinate temporary car assignments for employees as needed.
- Manage logistics and documentation for temporary vehicle usage.
- Badge Recharge:

- Oversee the recharge process for employee access badges.
- Address any issues related to badge access promptly.
- Expense Reports:

- Process and verify expense reports
- Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines

**You have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Proficiency in both English and French is required.

- Rigorous, meticulous person who knows how to work independently and take initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, stress resistant
- Multi-tasking

- Proven experience in HR administration
- Strong understanding of Belgian labor laws and HR practices (CP200)
