**Functie**
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige projectmanagement van diverse onderdelen van een groots project. Je leidt de aan je toegewezen projecten van A tot Z in goede banen waarbij je zowel instaat voor de projectplanning; kwaliteit, veiligheid, medewerkers als het budget.
- Het beheer van contractuele documenten betreffende wettelijke, financiële, veiligheid technische en kwaliteitsvoorwaarden maken deel uit van je functie.
- Je volgt de budgetten, de projectresultaten en de financiële rapportering op en bewaakt de rendabiliteit van de opdracht.
- Je stuurt Project Engineers en Werfleiders aan en bent tegelijk verantwoordelijk voor een team van operationele medewerkers en/of onderaannemers. Je ziet erop toe dat de juiste man op de juiste ingezet wordt. Je motiveert de teams, informeert hen en geeft feedback.
- Je brengt de risico’s in kaart en lost opgedoken problemen op.
- Als expert in je vak bewaak je tijdens de uitvoering de technische en complexe aspecten en adviseer je de teams.
- Je bewaakt de voortgang van de werken en plant overleg meetings met alle betrokken partijen, zodat iedereen perfect op de hoogte is van wat er verwacht wordt.
- Je behoudt het overzicht en organiseert de uitvoering van de werken in lijn met de overkoepelende globale project planning.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en rapporteert aan de Senior Project Manager.
- Je garandeert dat alles gebeurt volgens de policies inzake veiligheid, gezondheid, kwaliteit en omgeving.
**Functie-eisen**
- Je behaalde een Master of Civil Engineering/Industrial Engineering Bouwkunde.
- Je kan minstens een gedegen ervaring in Project Management en Contructiebeheer voorleggen.
- Je beschikt over een ruime algemene technische kennis opgebouwd binnen de constructie wereld.
- Je bent in staat goede relaties te onderhouden met klanten en onze partners, waarbij je steeds aandacht behoudt voor de belangen van het bedrijf.
- Je bent communicatievaardig en spreekt vloeiend Engels en Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een bijkomende troef.
- Je bezit gedegen leiderschapscapaciteiten: supervisie van uitgebreide teams van werfleiders, project ingenieurs, ploegbazen en bouwvakkers.
- Je bent besluitvaardig en volhardend.
