**We are looking for someone to animate our campus in Antwerp and recruit new participants through community building.**

**Description**:
Campus 19 is a disruptive higher education NGO educating more than 500 students to become cutting-edge techies and software engineers in a practice-based peer-learning environment. Campus 19 is part of the internationally successful concept of Ecole 42 which was founded in 2013 in Paris and today trains 21.000 students in 53 campuses in 31 countries.

At Campus 19 we set out to educate the next generation of software engineers and tech leaders to build the digital infrastructure of our societies.

We have recently decided to growth and have opened a new campus in Antwerp since the end of 2022.

You will be working on the Antwerp campus, which is located in the DPG building.

**Responsibilities**:
Your mission is to be the first contact person for our students in all non pedagogical aspects and be the face of Campus 19 for our local stakeholders: NGO, Stad Antwerpen, sponsors, associations; key opinion leaders, academical world, media and tech ecosystem:

- You are instrumental in growing our community and our number of students
- You are in charge of local events and visits
- You are the contact person of our landlord DPG Media for all practical and logístical aspects
- You are on the field creating relationships to promote Campus 19 amongst the local community: NGO reaching NEET (people not employed or in education or in training)

**Requirements**:

- We are looking for a pioneer and a connector
- Interest in having social impact through alternative tech education
- Good knowledge or the Antwerp ecosystem of NGO in charge of the students ecosystem and NEET people
- You love external and internal stakeholder management
- You are not shy and like to create bonds and tell a story
- You like to build a new programme and test things
- You like to get out of the office and meet new people
- Fluency in writing and speaking in Flemish, effective communication skills in English

**About the team**:

- Stéphan Salberter is the CEO and runs campus since 2018. He is an entrepreneur in education and tech, and will be one or two days a week on the campus
- You will work closely with our Head of Pedagogy, our CTO, our partnership manager and our marketing team. You will work with our local marketing agency and select it as well.

**Skills we are looking for**:

- Being versatile and skilful, a team player, having a love for learning to share with others
- Very good social skills, ease of contact with people
- Leadership, to manage your own team, and make it grow
- Positive communication skills
