**The main mission of this role is to**:
As member of our beOps (Belgian Operations) Trade & Documentation team, you manage the full documentation of our road, sea and air shipments in an optimized manner, towards our customers worldwide (> 110 countries).
**Key Accountabilities**
The beOps Trade & Documentation employee will create all transport and customer delivery related documents. This concerns the following documents:
- Transport documentation
- Country/Customer specific documentation
- Sanitary (FAVV) & other certificates
- Customs
**Who are we looking for?**
- Working and thinking level bachelor degree
- Preferably you have a degree in Logistics Management or you have a solid working experience in Logistics
- Languages: Dutch, French, English, any other is a plus
- ICT: SAP, MS Office
- You have following soft skills:
- Strong communication skills not only verbal but also written
- Stress-resistant as you need to manage accumulated workload and requests from customers
- You are very organized: since this position is administratively complex
