**Description**:
**High Level Responsibilities** Support Customer Services within Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
- Assist Customers with any request
- Monitor sales orders processing, work with customers and sales teams in the event of issues or discrepancies
- Monitor sales conditions and agreement and keep library up to date
- Monitor Consignment stock accounts and handle discrepancies investigations and resolutions
- Receipt orders and create invoices on EDI platforms
- Monitor invoice requirements and coordinate invoice corrections
- Support finance with credit collection, invoice disputes and communication to customers
- Manage new customer set up and maintain customer data across systems
- Report customer feedback and complaints to appropriate departments
- Support product returns to manufacturing site and coordinate product replacement
- Coordinate communication and requests to OUS teams and 3PL
- Work closely with US counterpart, finance, sales, marketing, quality, regulatory and operations teams as needed
- Support any project or task required by the line manager
- Ensure general administrative duties are met
**Profil**
**Requirements;**
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in the Customer Services or Sales support equivalent functions
- Speaks/writes/reads English, French fluently, knowledge of Spanish, Italian, German or Dutch is a plus

Our client offers you a fixed contract after a successful interim period. Your salary will be defined on the basis of your experience and will be accompanied by meal vouchers and other extra-legal benefits when the fixed contract is signed. You work in a 40h/week regime generating 12 days of compensatory leave with 4 days of teleworking out of 5.
