Notre client est situé dans la région du **Brabant Wallon**, non loin de Mont Saint Guibert, actif dans le secteur **industriel**. La société compte 50 personnes environ sur ce site-là.
C'est une société qui prône l'esprit d'équipe et la bonne communication. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement multiculturel.

En tant que **Customer Service Representative (h-f-x)**, vous rejoignez une équipe qui est LE point de contact pour les clients nationaux et internationaux et êtes sous la supervision du Directeur du service clientèle.

Vos responsabilités sont les suivantes:

- vous gérez les commandes de A à Z ;
- vous assurez le suivi des commandes en communiquant le statut aux clients de manière très transparente ;
- vous répondez de la meilleure manière possible aux exigences des clients ;
- vous veillez au parfait enregistrement des commandes dans SAP, et maintenez l'historique en cas d'audit ;
- vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec la planification des approvisionnements pour valider la demande du client tout en tenant compte du niveau des stocks ;
- vous organisez et coordonnez les expéditions ;
- vous vous assurez que tous les documents relatifs aux expéditions soient correctement émis et envoyés ;
- vous répondez au mieux à toute demande de renseignements des clients et vous vous renseignez avec les différents départements si besoin ;
- vous traitez les réclamations des clients et les faites remonter selon les processus internes ;
- vous résolvez les problèmes le plus rapidement possibles en incluant le département concerné ;
- vous participez aux objectifs stratégiques du département sur une base annuelle ;
- vous recherchez et proposez continuellement des améliorations de processus pour atteindre l'excellence du service client et vous partagez les meilleures pratiques pour l'alignement des processus ;
- vous préparez diverses analyses/rapports quotidiens pour aider à gérer l'entreprise ;
- vous faites en sorte de faciliter les processus de vente.

Notre client recherche le profil suivant:

- vous possédez un Bachelier et idéalement une première expérience dans une organisation internationale ;
- vous avez une parfaite maitrise de l'anglais ou de l'allemand et du français tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ;
- vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes communicationnelles, de négociation et d'organisation ;
- vous savez gérer votre stress et avez un esprit analytique ;
- vous gérez le Suite Office et avoir travaillé avec un système ERP (SAP, ) est un plus ;
- vous une personne orientée clients et solutions, autonome, pointilleuse, flexible ;
- vous êtes disponible rapidement ou très rapidement.
