Based in Gosselies, the mission of Catalent Cell and Gene Therapy is to deliver optimized process industrialization capacities to cell and gene therapy organizations and speed up the arrival of their therapies onto the market. From technology selection to business modeling, through GMP manufacturing, process development, quality services, Catalent’s teams are fully committed to helping their clients fulfil their objective of providing sustainable and affordable therapies to their patients.
To support our need in supply chain we are now hiring a **Supply Chain Manager. **The Supply Chain Manager reports to the Campus SC Director
**The Role**
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible to plan and monitor the clinical and commercial activities, to secure the on time delivery of the therapies to the patient
- Establish and coordinate an effective IBP (S&OP), covering our core activities (Manufacturing, QA, Commercial, R&D and Supply Chain) and also S&OP preparation meetings (DRM,SRM,..)
- Establish a Master Production Schedule, in liaison with the Project Managers, customers and operations departments
- Supervise the planning & MRP teams
- Support the departmental activities (people management and development, Material planning, replenishment policy, deviations management, procedures updates,...)
- Active member in the design and deployment of the new ERP (JDE)
- Support departments in set-up & management of key elements for an efficient planning process (forecasting, BOM’s-Routings, Master data,)
- Active member of setting-up leaner supply chain processes
- Interaction with customers for area of responsibility
- Revise, monitor key supply chain KPI’s and set-up appropriate actions & projects to improve these
- Permanent member of the Gosselies Campus Supply Chain Leadership team
- NB: possibility to support supply chain transversal processes linked to Inventory mgt, transport, warehousing and capacity based on knowledge and interest in these area
- Master in supply chain, Economics or equivalent by experience
- 5 years min relevant work experience in supply chain ( production planning, MRP, S&OP, MPS, W&D, customer service, transport, others...)
- ERP & Business Intelligence Tools knowledge
- Microsoft Office Suite
- APICS & Lean 6 Sigma certifications is a plus
- Knowledge of Pharma / Biotech environment is a strong plus (GMP, Cold chain)
- Fluency in French and English
- Pro Active, hands-on and likes operational activities while keeping the long term vision in mind
- Strong Communication skills (in French & English, oral and written), able to engage at all levels
- A natural “Problem solver”, analytical with a continuous improvement mindset
- Customer & results focused
- Team spirit, agile, strong Customer orientation
- Strong Time management, ability to set priorities while being flexible and at ease with multi-tasking in an international multi-cultural
- Good inspiring development leader for the team
- Knowledge of end to end supply chain (Pharma & cold chain a strong plus)
- Good Experience with ERP systems (JDE, SAP, other)
- Project Management skills, lean manufacturing a plus
- Experience in regulated environment, preferably pharmaceutical environment
