Wij bieden jij de mogelijkheid om op permanente of freelance basis te werken voor onze klant in de automobielsector in de regio van Brussel.
Als Kwaliteit Controle Consultant ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van klachten en het optimaliseren van hun dienstverlening.
**Description**
De Quality Consultant maakt deel uit van het team Transformation and Project Management en zal actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van de klant
- en medewerkerstevredenheid.
Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
- Het afhandelen van klachten en het faciliteren van hun Root Cause Analyse
- Het uitsturen van klanttevredenheidsonderzoeken en het definiëren van verbeteracties in samenwerking met interne stakeholders/partners op basis van de resultatenanalyse
- Het deelnemen aan activiteiten ter verbetering van het QM-systeem en voorbereiding van ISO 9001-audits
- Het coördineren van de complimentenactiviteiten
- Het voorstellen van mogelijke procesverbeteringen op basis van data-analyse
- Het ondersteunen van interne stakeholders op het gebied van Quality
- Het ondersteunen van de implementatie van verbeteracties in lijn met de strategie en doelstellingen van de kwaliteitsafdeling
**Profile**
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een Bachelor of Master diploma in Bedrijfskunde of Economie
- Je kunt een succesvolle eerdere ervaring aantonen in een kwaliteitsfunctie /opdracht (vb. Quality Management System positie)
- Je hebt goede kennis van kwaliteitstools en Quality Management System (QMS) vereisten
- Een kwaliteitsgerelateerde ervaring in de Services of Automotive sector is een troef
- Je hebt kennis van bedrijfsprocessen en projectmanagement
- Je hebt een positieve instelling met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid, bent proactief, open-minded en samenwerkingsgericht
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden met een professionele en diplomatieke aanpak
- Je hebt goede Microsoft office-vaardigheden en Salesforce is een plus
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels en beheerst het Frans goed

Mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken, tot 3 dagen per week voor een voltijdse invulling
Opportuniteit voor freelancers maar ook consultancy (vast contract bij Axis Projects) is een mogelijkheid
Vast contract: aantrekkelijk bruto loon, maaltijdcheques, verzekeringen, onkostenvergoeding - wagen of mobility budget na 1 jaar in dienst.
