Associate Analyst, Total Rewards (Rosetta/First Employment contract)

Overview
- Provides support for all aspects related to Fleet in Europe, in close cooperation with our external stakeholders

**Responsibilities**:

- Administers car invoice payments for our vendors across Europe
- Handling late payment escalations from the vendor and submitting critical remedy tickets to pay late invoices
- Submit requests to add funds to fleet purchase orders when they come close to running out so we can pay invoices timely
- Submit remedy tickets to rematch invoices with old POs to new POs
- Joining a weekly operational car call with the fleet vendors

- Provides analytical support on projects, programs and ad hoc requests
- Responds to basic fleet inquiries and analytics requests
- Documents and performs vendor reviews and/or employee issue resolution
- Ensures own work is peer reviewed by colleagues and/or manager

Experiences
- Eligible for a Rosetta contract (must be maximum 24 years old)
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other relevant area
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills
- Experience delivering accurate work in a timely manner
- Proficient in English, any other languages (particularly French or Dutch) are an asset
- Good command of Office and Excel in particular
- Prior professional experience (i.e. as student worker)
- Ability to work flexibly in a very dynamic and demanding environment
- Ability to cope with evolving standards and procedures and suggest process improvements
- Eager to learn and fast learner
