Associate Analyst, Franchise Management
OVERVIEW
Franchise is a major competitive differentiator for Mastercard, enabling our customers to enjoy unprecedented scale and ensure ongoing relevancy through the execution of our company’s multi-rail strategy. As the payment ecosystem has grown and evolved, so has the demand for creative Franchise solutions. The Franchise organization enables us to provide our existing, new, and prospective customers with the Franchise products and services that they need to create, build, and maintain their relationship with Mastercard and their role in the ecosystem. This position will be responsible for driving process improvements/enhancements around franchise life cycle management (eg, registration, onboarding, ongoing support/maintenance, licensing, data analysis, reporting, etc) to support positive customer experience and business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for customer administration and ensure quality management of licensing records (such as license agreements, approval letters for licenses granted or different Franchise registrations)
- Data analysis for different Franchise dashboards, running and creating functions, pivot tables, and charts
- Create and centralize monthly reports
- Performs assignments that support on-boarding customers, registrations, review of high risk programs, and responds to ad-hoc customer requests on routine issues (e.g., customer onboarding, digital onboarding etc.)
- Interacts with corporate and business units (e.g., Legal, AML, Customer Risk, etc.) and customer delivery team to provide support to customers
- May assist in customer training and education initiatives by preparing communications and materials, one pagers, FAQs, presentations, reports.
SKILLS:
- Good level of Microsoft Excel and Power point skills:
- Good level of English, other language is a plus
- Good analytical skills and proactive
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to meet project constraints
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact cooperatively in a team environment
- Demonstrated initiative in understanding how to identify resources and tools for day-to-day work
