IT Infrastructure Portfolio Lead Emea

J&J Technology Services is recruiting for a IT Infrastructure Portfolio Lead EMEA, located in Beerse.

- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Network Engineering, Server team, physical Security,...
- Manage project resources and supervise progress against the triple constraint of project management
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Mentor project managers on identifying and mitigating project risks, and proactively address any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
- Track project metrics and provide regular status updates to core and extended core team members.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels, based on your communication plan, with team members and partners.
- Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of infrastructure technologies and solutions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile) are a plus.
**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:
- Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale IT infrastructure programs/projects within complex organizations.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Superb interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to optimally interact with diverse team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
