Sales Representative

**_Représentant Commercial_**
En tant que Sales Representative, vous ferez partie d'une équipe de 7 collaborateurs et contribuerez à la croissance de Puratos en termes de ventes, de bénéfices et d’augmentation de la clientèle dans les segments des artisans boulanger et pâtissiers. Vous assurerez la promotion active de la large gamme de produits de Puratos (mélanges pour boulangerie, levain, garnitures, ganaches, toppings, améliorants, chocolat, etc.)
Votre principale région de travail sera Bruxelles (80 %) et Anvers (20 %) pour les clients de langue arabe, la maîtrise de l'arabe est donc requise.
**Qu’allons-nous vous confier?**
- En tant que membre de l'équipe sales, vous contribuerez activement aux objectifs globaux de Belux.
- Vous développez et engagez activement les clients en construisant des partenariats durables dans la région qui vous est assignée.
- Vous identifiez et prenez contact de manière proactive avec de nouveaux prospects intéressants, comprenez leurs besoins et proposez des produits et solutions adéquats.
- En collaboration avec les équipes internes, vous inspirerez vos clients par des démonstrations de produits et des campagnes marketing.
- Vous participez activement aux foires alimentaires.
- Vous suivez et répondez aux questions et aux plaintes des clients et assurez le suivi des clients via notre système CRM.
- Vous échangez des informations sur les meilleures pratiques avec vos collègues (représentants commerciaux, gestionnaires de comptes clés, marketing, conseillers techniques, etc.)
**Qui cherchons-nous?**
- Vous avez une passion pour la vente et l'alimentation.
- Une première expérience dans un poste de vente est un plus.
- La maîtrise de l'arabe (marocain) est requise. Vous parlez couramment le français ou le néerlandais
- Vous êtes communicatif, avez le sens du service et une bonne capacité d'écoute.
- Votre région principale sera Bruxelles (80%). Habiter à Bruxelles ou à proximité est un atout.
