Context
Our Group PMO (project management office), is seeking a proactive Intern who can join our team as soon as possible for a period of 6 months.
Do you have an interest in transformation and change management ? Look no further This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a significant change to enhance our project reporting and governance framework and to play a role in a comprehensive and passionate transformation journey.
Your Position
Your main tasks include:
- Maintain, operate, and develop the project portfolio reporting ;
- Support project governance forums organization and animation ;
- Co-administrate our portfolio management tool (set up project, consolidate status, manage resources allocation ) ;
- Perform project status and cost analysis, manage cost allocation process and collaborate with Finance department ;
- Support Corporate PMO in its transformation journey.
Your Profile
We are looking for the following profile:
- You have solid academic credentials, preferably a master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field ;
- Fluent in French or Dutch with a good level of English ;
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills ;
- High attention to details and rigorous ;
- Familiar with MS-Office, mainly Excel ;
- Familiar with reporting tools, knowledge of power BI would be ideal ;
- Self-sufficient and responsible ;
- Flexible and a team player ;
- Curious by nature.
