**Your new role**

For an **international client in Zaventem**, Hays is looking for a **Technical Administrative Assistant**.

As a **Technical Administrative Assistant** you have an extensive administrative tasks package. From the beginning you are in **telephone contact** with stakeholders. During the **first year** your focus will be on **small projects** where you will handle various administrative tasks. You will be responsible for placing orders, handling complaints, stock management and budget management. You will also be responsible for the follow-up of deliveries. Furthermore, you are responsible for contract management and will make the necessary registrations and adjustments. You will also carry out contract awards. Exceptionally, you will visit the warehouse if a delivery has arrived.

**After the first year** you will be assigned **larger projects**. You will be responsible for contract management and prepare documents for global agreements. You will perform **administrative analyses** for the international service desk service. Think about the follow-up of the executed tickets, the creation of a dashboard... Finally, you will manage the **telecom services** of the company

**Your profile**

For this position Hays is looking for an **administrative strong** person. You are **fluent in English** and have a **good knowledge of the Dutch language**. A **first administrative work experience** is a plus but people with a **bachelor’s degree in IT** are also considered. You do not need to have prior knowledge but **an affinity with IT** is important. A good knowledge of MS OFFICE, especially **Excel** and **Word**, are a must. A knowledge of SAP is a plus.

You are someone who does not get stuck with questions but **asks** them for clarification. You are a **team player**, have **people skills** and are fully committed to your job. Furthermore, you are **structured** and **organizational**.
