**Supply Chain Services Support**

**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Supply Chain Services Support ben je een essentiële schakel binnen onze productie
- en logistieke processen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het afstemmen, voorbereiden en controleren van de dagelijkse operationele workload. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van een efficiënte en effectieve werking van de afdeling.

**Voornaamste taken:
**- Operationele coördinatie: afstemmen, voorbereiden en controleren van de dagelijkse operationele workload van het team van logistieke configuratie medewerkers, waarbij je zorgt voor een optimale doorstroming van taken en verantwoordelijkheden binnen de productieomgeving.
- Technische ondersteuning: Ondersteunen bij het uitwerken en oplossen van inhoudelijke (technische en procesmatige) vragen en uitdagingen die zich voordoen binnen de afdeling, met een focus op het verbeteren van de operationele efficiëntie.
- Back
- up: Optreden als backup voor de Configuratie Coordinator bij diens afwezigheid. Dit omvat het opvolgen van de personeelsplanning, probleemoplossing, aansturen van het team en kwaliteitscontrole.
- Operationele activiteiten: Een groot deel van de werktijd inzetten voor het operationeel uitvoeren van configuratieactiviteiten, zoals imaging, hardware-integratie, graveringen en asset tagging, waarbij je zorgt voor een hoge kwaliteitsstandaard en een efficiënte workflow.
- Samenwerking en kennisdeling: Binnen TD SYNNEX staat 'samenwerking' centraal. Je versterkt de configuratie
- en VAL-afdeling op het gebied van kennis, kwaliteitscontrole en eerstelijnsopvolging van operationele efficiëntie. Daarnaast ondersteun je andere operationele afdelingen wanneer de workload dit vereist, om een soepele samenwerking en optimale resultaten te garanderen.

**Jij**:

- Bent in staat om op het niveau van een bachelor te denken
- Affiniteit met en interesse in IT hardware en software door opleiding of ervaring
- Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels, basiskennis Frans is een pluspunt
- Een eerste ervaring binnen een configuratie afdeling is een extra troef
- Goede basiskennis van Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Technische hands-on basiskennis van en/of grote bereidheid om deze bij te leren over:

- Hardware configuratie
- Laptop
- Desktop
- Server
- Software
- Windows/Windows Server
- Powershell
- Bat files
- Image deployment
- SCCM
- Clonezilla
- Microsoft Autopilot deployment
- Virtual Server
- Netwerkinfrastructuur
- Vlan aanpassingen

- Ben je een enthousiaste communicator en kan zo ook duidelijke werkinstructies neerpennen
- Breng je een opdracht graag tot een goed einde
- Kan je overzicht behouden tijdens drukke periodes
- Werk je nauwkeurig en punctueel met oog voor orde & netheid
- Afhankelijk van de activiteiten, kan de functie in dagploeg of in een tweeploegensysteem uitgeoefend worden (uitzonderlijk)
