**Functie : Senior Internal Auditor**

**Doel van de functie**

Als **Senior Internal Auditor** leidt u of draagt u bij aan auditopdrachten binnen alle domeinen van D’Ieteren Automotive (Finance, HR, Logistiek,). Dit zorgt voor een job met veel variatie en mogelijkheden om je expertise nog verder uit te breiden.

Naast het uitvoeren van audit missies zal u zich ook profileren als een echte business partner door het ondersteunen van andere departementen en filialen bij het integreren van controles en processen in hun dagelijkse werk teneinde de risico’s zo goed mogelijk te beheersen.

U rapporteert rechtsreeks aan de Head of Internal Audit. Uw bureau is gevestigd in het hoofdkantoor in Elsene, maar u verplaatst zich regelmatig naar verschillende locaties binnen België.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**

U voert alleen of samen met een collega de audit missies uit zoals bepaald in het audit plan. Dit omvat:

- Het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van de audit programma’s en risicoanalyse.
- Het afnemen van interviews en het evalueren van de doeltreffendheid en de efficiëntie van het controlekader door het toepassen van procesrichtlijnen en een goed begrip van audit technieken; en het documenteren van het resultaat in de audit software.
- Het schrijven van een helder rapport over de bevindingen en de presentatie ervan naar het management, samen met de relevante en realistische aanbevelingen en actieplannen voor verbetering.
- Monitoren van de implementatie van de overeengekomen management actieplannen.

**Profiel**
- Master diploma met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in interne audit of een gelijkaardige positie.
- Sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Frans zodat u met alle afdelingen en collega's kunt communiceren. De rapportage zal in het Engels zijn
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden om informatie snel te verwerken en risico's en controles te beoordelen, maar ook empathie en luistervaardigheden
- Een sterk gevoel van ownership en verantwoordelijkheid voor wat je doet
- Autonoom kunnen werken, ook al ben je een echte teamspeler
