**Au sein du Secrétariat général, le **Service de Pilotage du PECA **contribue à la mise en œuvre d'un des chantiers prioritaires du Pacte pour un Enseignement d'excellence, vaste plan pour refonder, sur 15 ans, le système éducatif francophone.

Le chantier 18 a pour objet de mettre en œuvre le projet « Parcours d'éducation culturelle et artistique » (PECA) qui s'inscrit dans le Code de l'Enseignement.

A cet effet, le service de pilotage PECA est chargé:

- de veiller à l'intégration structurelle, systématique et généralisée du PECA dans l'ensemble des écoles organisées ou subventionnées par la Communauté française;
- de sensibiliser et de stimuler les différents acteurs;
- de susciter l'innovation et l'expérimentation;
- de stimuler l'offre culturelle et artistique à destination des publics scolaires et d'assurer sa diffusion;
- de communiquer et de diffuser des informations au sujet du PECA;
- de veiller à la bonne articulation des différents acteurs et projets, en assurant un rôle de mise en relation, notamment en participant aux travaux des plateformes territoriales PECA visées à l'article 1.4.5-21;
- d'analyser et d'évaluer la mise en œuvre du PECA, et de procéder si nécessaire à des améliorations;
- d'établir un cadastre des démarches culturelles et artistiques réalisées dans les écoles.»
- d'assurer le secrétariat du Conseil de l'Education Culturelle et Artistique (CECA).

**Description de la fonction
**Dans cette fonction, vous serez principalement amené à:
Dans un esprit de collaboration, vous contribuez à soutenir le travail de la cheffe de chantier et celui des autres membres du service et facilitez l'organisation et le travail concerté des acteurs du PECA ;
Vous gérez en autonomie les outils de communication ;
En tant que chef de projet, vous êtes responsable de la réalisation du projet, à savoir veiller à ce que les livrables soient délivrés conformément aux objectifs de contenu, de délai et de ressources ;
Votre fonction contribue également à incarner et à insuffler la dynamique de changement au sein de l'ensemble du système de l'Enseignement et le renforcement des liens entre Culture et Enseignement.

**Diplôme(s)**

Vous êtes en possession d'un diplôme de **master**:
Soit en Sciences Humaines et Sociales, de préférence:

- en sciences et technologies de l'information et de la communication ;
- en stratégie de la communication et culture numérique ;
- en communication appliquée (spécialisée en médias et stratégies numériques).

Soit dans le domaine des Arts, Arts Plastiques, visuels et de l'Espace, de préférence:

- en design numérique ;
- en arts numériques.

**Expérience(s) professionnelle(s)**

¿ **Requis**

Vous disposez d'une expérience de minimum **6 mois **en **animation de réseaux sociaux **.

**¿ Atout(s)**

Une expérience ou formation en **création et gestion d'un site internet **(en ce compris l'utilisation d'un CMS et d'un logiciel de traitement d'image) est un atout important ;
Une expérience ou formation dans le domaine de la **gestion de projets **est un second atout important ;
Une expérience ou formation dans l'utilisation d' **espaces numériques collaboratifs **est un troisième atout ;
Une expérience en lien avec le **domaine culturel **est un quatrième atout.

Salaire annuel (indexé au 01/01/2023):
Brut indexé minimum : 42.670,43 €

Brut indexé maximum : 78.296,90 €

Toute expérience professionnelle jugée utile à la fonction pourra être valorisée pécuniairement.
