Within the Supply Services department of our Hygiene Business Unit, the data trainee has a broad role in helping enforce the policies, procedures, and data quality at Reckitt
You are the custodians of the data quality in our ERP (SAP). You will help manage our article references and help maintain and ensure the respect of processes within our systems working cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial, Legal and Logistics Providers, and IT Service Providers.
**Your missions will be**:
- Support in the management and creation of product sheets, customer and vendor cards
- Ensure the complete creation of product references (standard, promo, box), customers and vendors
- Communicate to your leaders the information produced
- Support in the management of tax returns with eco-organisms
- Harvests the data necessary for the declarations and makes the declaration.
- Continuous improvement and activity monitoring
- Set up, propose, identify requests to verify the consistency of system data
- Set up the KPIs allowing to control activity
- Creation of control methodologies and error anticipation
**Requirements & Personal Attributes**
- Currently enrolled in university and can obtain an internship agreement with your university.
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Understanding of VBA would be appreciated
- Curious about ERP tools and systems, experience working on SAP.
- Good communication skills (both oral and written) in English.
- Autonomous, methodical and very well organized
- Strong analytical mind and shows a real taste for systems
