Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.
**About the role**:
**To be eligible for the role, you must be enrolled in a University based in the EU and be able to obtain an internship/university agreement for the duration of the position, January 2025 - July 2025.**
**Your responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing and create product sheets and customer and supplier cards.
- Ensure the complete creation of product references (standard, promo, box), customers, and suppliers.
- Communicate the information produced to providers.
- Learn to create rates per SKU/customer and manage customer discount setup.
- Collect product packaging data and recyclability/SKU from the factories and marketing.
- Use the tool per country to create the declaration (weight and type of packaging and units per SKU).
- Support continuous improvement and activity monitoring by setting up KPIs and identifying requests to check system data consistency.
**The experience we're looking for**:
- Studying Business, Data Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or any related field.
- High level of English proficiency: you will have written and verbal contact with Anglophone persons daily.
- Demonstrated good adaptability.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to learning new technology tools.
- Excellent analytical prowess with a keen eye for detail and collaborative team spirit.
