À partir de la stratégie globale de l’entreprise, définir la vision, la stratégie et les choix technologiques de la société.
Développer et suivre l’exécution des plans de mise en œuvre de cette vision technologique.
Développer la productivité et la cohésion de l’équipe technique, tout en les aidant à gérer l’évolution de leur carrière.
Responsabilités

Infrastructure & Développements

Établir les priorités de développement et d’évolution des fonctionnalités des outils et de l’infrastructure, afin de maximiser l’acceptation et la satisfaction des utilisateurs ;
Établir et gérer le processus global de développement et en superviser l’exécution efficace ;
Gérer les fournisseurs et partenaires travaillant sur les projets ;
Participer activement au développement, au test, à la maintenance et à la documentation, selon ses compétences spécifiques (50-60% du temps) ;
Superviser et consolider l’ensemble des rapports sur l’état d’avancement des projets à l’intention de la direction ;
Veille technologique

Repérer et évaluer les nouvelles technologies, normes et entreprises qui pourraient impacter la stratégie ;
Communication

Représentation interne et externe de la vision technologique de l’entreprise ;
Budgets et Fournisseurs

Définir et gérer le budget de l’équipe technique, notamment les besoins en personnel et en matériel, sur base des objectifs du service ;
Rédiger les aspects techniques des cahiers de charges, sélectionner les fournisseurs et rédiger les décisions motivées d’attribution ;
Équipe

Appliquer les techniques de gestion appropriées pour motiver et diriger l’équipe technique. Gérer par consensus ;
Encadrer, soutenir et former les membres de l’équipe sur leurs compétences de savoir-faire et savoir-être, afin de leur permettre d’atteindre un niveau d’autonomie plus élevé ;
Profil
Diplôme d’ingénieur ou master en électronique ou en informatique ;
Au moins 8 ans d’expérience dans des projets d’infrastructure informatique et/ou de développements logiciels ;
Expérience avérée des codecs et des formats de streaming/transfert audio/vidéo ;
Au moins 3 ans d’expérience de la direction d’une équipe au sein d’une petite organisation technique ;
Une expérience pratique dans un environnement de data center est un atout majeur ;
Capacité à prendre des décisions à partir de données limitées et à identifier/quantifier les risques associés à ces décisions ;
Capacité avérée à gérer les besoins, le calendrier, les coûts et les risques avec les équipes internes et les externes ;
Capacité à assurer la liaison entre les équipes commerciale et technique afin de trouver des solutions efficaces qui répondent aux besoins stratégiques et opérationnels ;
Un leader fort et énergique, capable de dynamiser les autres ;
Excellentes compétences analytiques, curiosité et capacité d’apprentissage rapide ;
Une attention particulière au développement des personnes et à l’apprentissage continu ;
Bonne aptitude à communiquer en français et en anglais, en faisant preuve d’esprit critique, de capacité à résoudre les problèmes et les conflits ;
