Door een enorme groei de afgelopen jaren, zoekt onze klant gespecialiseerd in groene energie een Business development manager.Rol en verantwoordelijkheden
- Het uitwerken en uitvoeren van strategieën en business cases om de Europese groeidoelstellingen van het bedrijf te bereiken. Het identificeren van concrete business opportunities in de Europese markt, het evalueren van het potentieel en de mogelijke market entry & growth strategieën uitwerken en implementeren
- Lokaal de vinger aan de pols houden om zo op de hoogte te blijven van trends in de sector, activiteiten van concurrenten en behoeften van klanten. Na opstart, leidinggeven aan verkoopteams en het verkoopproces beheren, van prospectie tot het sluiten van deals. Onderhandelen over contracten en overeenkomsten met klanten en partners. Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met klanten, distributeurs en partners. Samenwerken met interne teams zoals marketing, productontwikkeling, supply chain management en finance om te zorgen voor afstemming en succesvolle uitvoering van de bedrijfsstrategie. Het beheren van budget en forecast om winstgevendheid en groei te garanderen. Het analyseren van verkoop
- en marktgegevens om het succes van bedrijfsstrategie te evalueren en plannen en budget zo nodig aan te passen. In deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Sales Director.
**Wat wij van jou vragen**:
De Business Development Manager die wij zoeken, beschikt over sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden, uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en het vermogen om goed in een team te werken. Je hebt een goed begrip hebben van verkoop, marketing en finance, evenals van de industrie en markttrends die van invloed zijn op de activiteiten van het bedrijf. Je hebt plus 10 jaar ervaring als B2B business developer in new markets en hebt kennis van Europese go to market strategieën. Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands, Engels en Spaans, kennis van andere Europese talen is een plus.
