Eezee accompagne ses clients dans leur transformation digitale pour améliorer la qualité de la relation avec leurs partenaires. L'objectif est de soutenir le développement de nos clients en tirant parti des opportunités offertes par la mutation technologique. Comment ?

Serez-vous notre futur **Talent Acquisition Manager ?**

**Votre quotidien**
- Identifier et recruter les meilleurs talents pour répondre aux besoins de notre croissance
- Collaborer avec les managers des différents départements pour comprendre leurs besoins en matière de recrutement et leur fournir un soutien et des conseils adaptés
- Développer des partenariats avec les universités pour élargir notre vivier de talents
- Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de stratégies de recrutement efficaces
- Participer à des foires d’emplois pour promouvoir notre entreprise et attirer les talents
- Gérer et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) liés au recrutement
- Contribuer au développement et à l'amélioration continue des processus et des pratiques de recrutement

**Votre profil**
- Expérience avérée dans le domaine du recrutement, idéalement dans le secteur de l'IT
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant avec les managers et les équipes
- Familiarité avec les pratiques RH et les réglementations en vigueur
- Forte orientation résultats et capacité à respecter les délais
- Maitrise de deux des langues suivantes : français, néerlandais, anglais
