**Department Info**:
The Talent Acquisition Team (TA), part of the People Solutions team, consists of three passionate colleagues who partner with the business to find the right people at the right time with the right competencies all over EMEA.
We do this by understanding their needs, by giving advise based on our experience and market data, so that they can take the best possible hiring decisions;
Over the last 5 years, our strategy has evolved from an agency based recruitment model to a multichannel TA approach by expanding our own recruitment activities, networking, employer branding and still collaborating with a limited amount of trusted recruitment partners.
Employer branding is high on our radar: we are constantly looking for new ways to show to the general public that Terumo is a great place to work

**Job Summary**:
Besides day to day recruitment activities, you participate to small improvement projects within the TA team, to EMEA or even Global HR projects where you can share your expertise, and/or learn from colleagues all over the world.

5.HR analytics

You collaborate with the People Analytics Partner and look to external data to use dashboards and data to improve our talent acquisition activities.

6.Self-development
You are curious about the different fields Terumo is active in. By exploring and asking questions, you become a true ambassador of our company. You keep yourself informed regarding the latest trends within Talent Acquisition and dare the explore new ways or working.

**Profile Description**:
You have more than 3 years experience in talent acquisition (company or agency) in one or more EMEA countries. You are interested to recruit different types of profiles (sales, quality, engineering....) on different levels (individual contributors, specialists, managers,...).

Like a Marketing or Communications specialist, you have strong communication skills in English and one other European language (eg. German, French, Dutch,...). You are a creative writer and feel comfortable presenting. You are able to communicate effectively towards all employee groups and levels (executives, managers & employees).

Like a Sales Rep, you have high energy and drive. You investigate the market to find potential new Terumo associates. You approach people via LinkedIn and via other networking tools to get the conversation started. You negotiate win-win partnerships with external partners if needed.

You are a team player: you give and ask feedback to the TA team and your manager, share ideas, you are open to learn and can look beyond your own tasks to help the team succeed.
