We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen the Middleware & Hosting team within the Cloud & Business Operations Tribe as Feature Lead. In this role you will work closely together with the Product Owner and a broad range of stakeholders across the entire Products division (Tribe Leads, Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects,).
As a Feature Lead you are, as a member of the Middleware team, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of features/small projects across various backlogs..
**Key Accountabilities**
Overview of the main tasks:
- Create and manage the backlog items and be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of infra features/upgrades.. to be build/implemented across various backlogs
- Coordination with all stakeholders to ensure E2E ownership
- Identify spikes as early as possible if necessary
- Monitor and guard the execution of the feature roadmap and report on it to stakeholders
- Follow-up on the features/user stories with relevant stakeholders and squads
**Expectations, Experience & Knowledge**
- Focus on the end user
- At least 3 years experience of coordination
- Strong stakeholder management
- Excellent communicator skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, support, technology)
- Ability to clearly explain the customers’ and stakeholders’ requirements
- English, confident in speaking and writing
- Ability to set and guard clear goals and priorities
- Work experience in an agile environment where scrum methodology was applied
**Additional skills nice to have**:
- Technical background or experience with tehchnical infrastructural projects
- Strong network within the SD Worx Products division
- Next to English, other languages are a plus (Dutch, French, German,) since you will collaborate with a lot of different nationalities
