**Wat doe je als Business Architect Commercial**
- Businessoplossingen werken pas als ze beantwoorden aan wat de business écht nodig heeft. Het is jouw job om daarvoor te zorgen. Je capteert de wijzigende business noden vanuit de organisatie, vertaalt deze naar duidelijke functionele vereisten en gaat er dan mee aan de slag om een technische oplossing uit te werken.
- Je specialiseert je in een bepaald procesdomein, zoals Sales & marketing, zonder de impact van en op de andere domeinen, zoals finance en supply chain, uit het oog te verliezen.
- Je leert de systemen door en door kennen zodat je sterk in je schoenen staat en samen met de technische experts de beste oplossing kan uittekenen en misschien zelfs implementeren.
- Je bent de gesprekspartner voor de proceseigenaars en procesverbeteraars binnen de organisatie, de interne IT organisatie en de partners waar we mee samenwerken.
- Je komt in aanraking met diverse bedrijven binnen de onderneming, maar verliest nooit het grotere kader uit het oog. Je werkt mee aan de harmonisatie van de processen en brengt mogelijkheden tot synergieën in beeld.
- Je werkt binnen een matrixstructuur. Dit houdt in dat je een hiërarchische verantwoordelijke binnen de IT organisatie hebt, maar door je inzet in de projecten operationeel rapporteert aan de projectleider of program manager.
- Je kan doorgroeien naar een functie binnen de organisatie of je loopbaan verder uitwerken binnen de IT organisatie.

**Gewenste profiel**
- Capaciteit om overzicht en structuur te brengen in complexe materie of een grote hoeveelheid informatie
- Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden om een vlotte samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders te faciliteren
- Gezonde nieuwsgierigheid om in de systemen te duiken. Je zal namelijk altijd tot een betere oplossing komen als je weet wat het systeem kan.
- Een analytische geest, proactieve aanpak en een echte can-do mentaliteit. Je ziet wat er nodig is om stappen vooruit te zetten en neemt deze ook.
- Nauwkeurigheid en volharding zijn essentieel in deze functie om zo ook voor uitdagende processen tot een goede oplossing te komen.
- Conceptueel en abstract denken helpen je om een stap terug te zetten en het grotere plaatje te zien
- Vloeiend in Nederlands, Engels, Basiskennis Frans
- Relevante werkervaring als functioneel of technisch analist
- Kennis van SAP C4C, Contentfull, Magento of Outsystems is een troef
- Ervaring met proces modelleringstechnieken of requirements engineering technieken
