JOIN US TO OPEN THE HILTON GARDEN INN BRUSSELS AIRPORT

In view of the upcoming opening of the Hotel and the first restaurant Babette in Belgium, we are recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner.

In collaboration with the Group's Human Resources Department and under the responsibility of the General Manager, you manage and ensure the efficient administration and management of the Human Resources function to include recruiting, training, wage/benefit administration, compliance with statutory requirements and the execution of employee relation activities, in order to provide each department with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their customer service and business objectives. Accountable for ensuring a proactive Human Resources environment consistent with profitability objectives.

**Essential and supportive functions**:

- Hotel Team and disciplinary administration:
Compilation of files for new hires, and addendum
- Planning control and entry of payroll;
Follow-up of leave requests, recovery days, public holidays and compensatory rest;
Organization and follow-up of medical visits.

Preparation, monitoring of procedures and support of managers.
- Recruitment and integration:
Identification of recruitment needs, handling job recruitment advertisement;
- Support for managers during recruitment interviews and decision-making;
Organization of the integration process for new employees.
- Career and Training:
Organization of training, follow-up of administrative files.

Follow-up of annual interviews and professional interviews.
- Social:
Informing employees about social legislation and the specifics of the company;
- HR projects:
Proposes and deploys HR projects (eg Disability);
Deploys the Group HR policy and ensures compliance with the processes;

The Company:
The Hilton Garden Inn Brussels Airport** and the Babette Bruxelleswill open their doors at the end of 2023. The hotel is strategically located only 8' from the airport. Offers 250 upscale quiet rooms, 2 meeting rooms and 1 fitness room. We are proud to open the first Babette concept store restaurant in Belgium with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Located 22' to the vibrant centre of Brussels capital of Europe and convenient access to the important highway and train station.

Joining our establishment also means being part of the NAOS HOTEL GROUPE adventure.

A French hotel group, our mission is to design, finance, build and operate hotel programs that contribute to improving the quality of life and adapt to the changing needs of our customers. Already 13 establishments operated in France and several openings scheduled for the upcoming years.

By 2026, NAOS HOTEL GROUPE will have more than 25 establishments in France, under HILTON and MARRIOTT franchises.

**Work Experience**
Graduated in Human Resources, you have a successful experience in a similar position ideally acquired in the hotel / catering sector, where you understand the business and organizational challenges.

Your assets:
Organization, rigor and a sense of detail characterize you as well as a sense of service, listening and confidentiality.

You wish to evolve within a structure and already know how to position yourself with the managers as the HR advisor of the Hotel

You are fluent in French, English and Dutch.

You are recognized for your communication skills (written and oral) and master computer tools. You are familiar with labor law in Belgium, in particular the CCT Horeca.
