Your team and your responsibilities:
Team/division description
Within the Quality Function of Toyota’s European Headquarter, the Business Development team is a dynamic, multi-skilled team responsible for the execution of Toyota’s Global warranty policy in Europe, between all stakeholders [end customer, authorized repairer, distributor, head office (TME), Toyota’s Global manufacturing plants and our Parts & Component Suppliers].
Your project
After the launch of a field action (campaign, e.g. Recall) in the market, a whole series of processes are triggered between different teams (TME Quality, TME Accounting & Finance, TME Purchasing, TMC (Toyota Motor Company - Japan), manufacturing plants, R&D team and suppliers) in order to clarify the responsibility share rate and to finally settle the cost accordingly. We would like to optimise this process by linking, integrating and visualising all available information and systems to provide efficiently the status for each field action in one overall overview. At the same time we would like to harvest the opportunity of automation for as many of the process as possible by using Microsoft Powerautomate, Sharepoint, etc.
Additionally, we would like you to contribute to our other business processes by actively participating in the team activities and being part of the solution.

Your Profile:

- You have strong analytical skills
- You have experience to process and analyse complex and large amount of data
- You can propose and implement business process automation ideas using Microsoft Power Automate, Sharepoint, Excel, Microsoft Power BI (Python would be a nice to have)
- You are a team player with good communication skills, and you are able to present data in a clear and logical way
- You are objective and fact-driven and have a creative & innovative mindset
- You are organized, able to manage peak periods and have a proactive attitude
- You are fluent in English (TME business language), other languages are a plus
- You are proficient with Microsoft O365 tools (Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, Visio,)
