**Opgelet: Gezien de aard van het contract (**startbaanovereenkomst**) mag je niet ouder zijn dan 26 jaar om te kunnen deelnemen aan deze procedure.**
Word jij dé go-to persoon voor alles wat te maken heeft met de identiteitsdocumenten van de burgers?
Wij zoeken junior **administratief assistenten voor de Belpic-Helpdesk van het Rijksregister** (Koloniënstraat 11, 1000 Brussel).
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gemeenten en burgers bij vragen over identiteits
- of verblijfskaarten.
- Je registreert en behandelt aangiftes, in verband met het verlies, de diefstal of de vernietiging van identiteitsdocumenten (e-ID, verblijfstitels), die per fax of telefonisch gedaan worden.
- Je staat politiediensten, burgers, gemeentes en diplomatische posten te woord inzake hun aangifte.
- Je levert elektronische identiteitskaarten en paspoorten af.
- Je bent tussenpersoon aangaande het contact tussen de gemeenten, de kaartproducenten en het Rijksregister.
- Je deelt procedurewijzigingen en pannes mee aan klanten en gemeenten.
- Je staat in voor de monitoring, registratie, en opvolging van problemen die opduiken tijdens de aanmaak van een elektronische identiteitskaart.
- Je staat in voor het onderzoek dat gekoppeld is aan kaarten die productiefouten vertonen.
- Je test programma’s en toepassingen (“Mijn dossier”, de website) die door de helpdesk en het Rijksregister gebruikt worden.
- Start je bij **de eerstelijnsdienst**? Dan werk je in een vol continusysteem om de 24/7 beschikbaarheid van de dienst te garanderen. Je ontvangt hiervoor een toelage van 20%.
- Werk je aan **het loket?** Dan zorg je voor het afgeven van kaarten die in spoedprocedure worden aangevraagd. Je registreert ook de aanvraag en afgifte van kaarten in dringende gevallen.
