You will join our team as CX/UX Designer and will operate together with respected, results-driven, hands-on and pragmatic experts and managers with proven success in leading digital companies such as Coolblue, Google, AOL, Proximus, ING, Veepee, Mobile Vikings, DPGMedia, LG Electronics,...
- 2 to 5 years experiences in digital marketing
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of English grammar
- Experience in analytics platforms (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
- Affinity with A/B testing
- Strong problem solver mentality
- Analytical mindset to interpret reports and derive insights from it
- Proactive, ability to work independently and takes ownership of work
- Enthusiastic and confident individual with the ability to interact well with people on a personal and professional level
- A born team player
- Eager to learn and to share knowledge
- Experience in UX
- Experience with Consumer Behavior Psychology principles is a plus

**We expect from you in having fun and bringing fun in the E-commerce team. E-commerce is one of the domains we exploit to leverage our client’s revenue and cost efficiency. You will work hand in hand with our experts in other domains such as intelligence, product & pricing, digital marketing and digital channels. As a CX/UX Designer**:

- You love flexibility and have the desire to tackle a variety of customer challenges, even those who might be out of your comfort zone.
- You build a strong relationship with the client and its partners.
- You follow new trends/technologies/tools related to E-commerce and conversion optimization and be our expert to keep the company at the forefront of this area.
- Besides that, you will also be part of squad teams at clients to help them tackle their digital Customer challenge
