LolaLiza is looking for a CX Specialist (temporary mission) to support the implementation of our new ecom platform

Your main responsibilities as a CX Specialist at LolaLiza will be the following:

- Distill complex problems into simple, compelling visual frameworks such as journey maps to
identify points of improvement. Build off these insights to create engaging customer
experiences.
- Work with UX designers, UI designers, developers and project manager to refine and define
product solutions and specifications.
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end customer journeys defining impacts for all
customer scenarios.
- Support the team in defining and creating business goals, KPI’s, success metrics, problem
statements.
- Participate in an iterative wireframe and design process in close collaboration with stakeholders
in the field.
- Act as the gatekeeper of decisions that have been taken and make sure they are coherent and
applied across customer journeys, both for structure and design elements.
- Be in charge of the end-to-end testing process, including preparation and execution of the test
plan.

Who are you?
- You have a solid working experience in a similar role (retail affinity is a plus)
- You are fluent in Dutch or French and you have a great knowledge of English
- You are analytical and creative, proactive and a real team player
- You are user-oriented and have a pragmatic approach
- You are able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- You go the extra mile to solve problems as quickly as possible
