**Voor onze klant, actief in de farmaceutische sector, zijn wij op dit moment op zoek naar iemand om het team Support in Early Stage Development - CTA/CTC te versterken. Lijkt dit helemaal iets voor jou?
**Jouw odpracht** First things first: Wat mag je verwachten binnen jouw takenpakket?**
- Je zal **ondersteuning** bieden aan het **Early Stage Development Europe Operational team**.
- ** Operationele** ondersteuning en **ondersteuning** in de **projecten** behoren tot jouw takenpakket.
- Dit gaat van activiteiten die zich in-house bevinden tot de **naleving** van **processen** die vereist zijn voor het opzetten, onderhoud, ondersteuning en afsluiting van de door de afdeling beheerde **klinische proeven** in een **vroeg stadium**.
- Je zal taken uitvoeren in verband met de **ondersteuning** van **klinische studies en subsidies**.
- Je zal ondersteuning bieden en **essentiële documenten samenstellen** voor tijdige **Clinical Trials Submissions** te verzekeren.
- Je gaat een **Essential Documents Repository** creëren.
- De **verzameling** en het bijhouden van alle **essentiële documentatie** die nodig is voor de uitvoering, behoort tot jouw takenpakket.
- Je zal een **professionele presentatie** van onderzoeksmaterialen verzorgen voor operationele **vergaderingen**.
- Het **organiseren** en documenteren (**notuleren**) van **projectteamvergaderingen**.
- Je onderhoudt het **contact** met **interne afdelingen** om te zorgen voor de juiste, reglementaire follow-up.
- Ook het bijwerken, onderhouden en monitoren van **CTMS** om accuraat projectmanagement mogelijk te maken valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je doet de **follow-up** en controle van de eindverantwoording van het **IMP**, en gaat deze terugzenden of vernietigen waar nodig.
- Ook naar **MKB rollen** toe kan je in aanmerking komen voor het bijhouden van CTMS, TMF Steward, SIP, CLMS en veiliigheidsrapportage.
- Je zal ook ondersteuning bieden aan de klinische subsidie taken dmv het beoordelen van **studiebudgetten** en **klinische studieovereenkomsten** aan de hand van studieprotocollen. Ook de **databases** van de klinische studieplanning hou je bij.
- Daarnaast ga je **ABC** op alle **HCP** uitvoeren en **troubleshooting** met compliance, technische diensten etc. uitvoeren.
- Ook de **betalingen** voor klinische proeven en het **traceren** van deze betalingen vallen onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
- **Nalevingscontroles**, onderhoud van trackers en **GMS** (grants management system) worden door jou opgenomen. Dit betekent dat je instaat voor het invoeren en volgen van betalingen, in **COMET** (SAP). Ook het vervolledigen van inkooporders indien nodig, behoren hiertoe.
- ** Openbaarmakingsovereenkomsten** genereren en bijhouden (**Trial master file**) en de reconciliatie van klinische studies of compliance documenten vallen onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je hebt de mogelijkheid om alleen op **donderdag** op **kantoor** te werken, de andere dagen zijn optioneel op kantoor, of van **thuis** uit.

**Jouw profiel** Wat verwachten wij van jou?**
- Je bent in het bezit van een **bachelor** diploma in een **wetenschappelijke** (medical assistant, paramedical education; ) richting, of kan een **relevante werkervaring** in clinical research aantonen.
- Je beschikt over volgende computer skills: professioneel gebruik van **MS Office (Excel).** Ook wordt er verwacht dat je snel een basis begrip over **SAP COMET** kan hebben, en over **Grants Management System** en **eTMF** (VAULT).
- Je bent vlot in het **Engels** en spreekt vloeiend **Nederlands** met een basis kennis van het Frans, of vloeiend **Frans** met een basis kennis van het Nederlands.
- Je hebt **kennis** van **studieprotocollen** en alle documenten omtrent studies zoals lab manuals etc.
- Je hebt een **goed begrip** van het **klinische studie proces**.
- ** Kennis** van **ICH/GCP** (international good clinical practice guidelines and harmonization) en lokale klinische studievoorschriften zijn een mooie **plus**.
- Heb je al eerder gewerkt als **CTA** (bij bijvoorbeeld Galapagos), dan is dit ook een mooie plus
